旨味がしみじみと広がるレベルの高いヴィラージュ 野生のスミレ、ブルーベリー、しなやかなタンニン、リニアで、シルキー。ひかえめで、時間と共にコアにあるエキスが溶け出す。繊細なバランスの中にカツオ出汁のようなうまみがしみじみと広がる。やや複雑さに欠けるが、チョーキーなフィニッシュは伸びがある。全房発酵比率は15%。レベルの高いヴィラージュ。

パーカーポイント: (91 - 93)点 予想される飲み頃：NA The 2018 Chambolle-Musigny Les Cabottes was showing especially well, soaring from the glass with a lavish bouquet of cherries, ripe wild berries, candied peel and spices. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, supple and enveloping, with lively acids, melting tannins and a long, precise finish.
